Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with the customer.

Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services

Escalating handling.

Data Management.

Regular Follow up with customers.

Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Follow-up with clients for annual maintenance contract & Upselling of AMCs

Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPI’s

Keeping customers updated on the latest stage of progress of their order

Getting Referrals, Reviews, Video/Audio testimonials

Requirements

Team Handling Experience

Excellent communication skills in English

Good relationship

and networking skills.

Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs also execute the same.
