Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel

Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services

Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients

Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services

Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients

Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those

Follow-up with clients for an annual maintenance contract

Payment collections as per schedule

Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs

Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Internship experience in relevant domain is added advantage

Good relationship management and networking skills

Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/PowerPoint

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
