Mr. Vimal R Babu is the CEO and Founder of NIBAV Home Lifts, the premier home lift brand from India that manufactures top-of-the-line home accessibility solutions. Hailing from a great entrepreneurial lineage of K. Ramanathan & Co, Mr. Vimal’s entrepreneurial ways began at the age of 17. Amassing industry experience of over 14 years, he launched NIBAV Home Lifts in the year 2019 after launching a slew of businesses under the NIBAV brand.

Mr. Vimal is a passionate leader who wholeheartedly believes in an individual’s potential. To this effect, he can be credited with setting up a work culture prioritizing unbiased and equal opportunities for all. Due to the roaring success of his beliefs and actions, he has earned a cult following among his team and is renowned among his global peers. Under Vimal Babu’s flourishing leadership, the company has swiftly occupied the second position among top home elevator companies in India. Today NIBAV employs over 1600 employees globally and has a presence in over 16 countries globally with many more in the pipeline.

Because of his outstanding tenure, Mr. Vimal Babu has won two awards on behalf of the company. The “Most Luxurious Home Elevator Brand” and “Architect’s Number One Choice of Home Elevators” awards were bestowed to Elite Elevators and NIBAV Lifts respectively in 2022. Mr. Vimal Babu is presently focused on achieving his organizational vision and mission of becoming the world’s largest home elevator company and a billion-dollar organization by December 2024.

Mr. Vimal Babu is always on the lookout for ground-breaking inventions and innovations. He invests in emerging technologies and concepts to support creators in bringing this to the larger world. He is an avid motorhead too. He is currently pursuing a piloting course and hopes to take NIBAV to these unconquered heights with him.
