This home lifts will arrive at your residence in a semi assembled state. all our engineers do is put these parts together (Like A Lego), therefore we do not involve in sort of welding, taping or ducting work at your residence. Self Supported Structure

Nibav Home Lifts come with its own self supported structure. This ensures that this elevator needs ZERO Civil Work. In fact, you do not need to build any side wall, column, beam or even a supporting structure. Since the shaft and the cabin are engineered and manufactured in the same facility, we are able to achieve maximum shaft to cabin space for any elevator.

Low Maintenance & Environment Friendly

Nibav Home Lifts operate on single phase power and consume only 3.7 kVA of power when going up. During descend, this elevator consumes ZERO power which make it a GREEN Elevator. Since our elevators use Air as the main source of operation, it does not require any oil or lubrication. This reduces the frequency of maintenance from monthly to once every 4 months. Our Nibav Lifts come with 1 years of warranty.

Light Weight

Nibav Home Lifts are manufactured using the combination of Aluminum and Galvanized Steel. This allows the elevator to be light weight without compromising on strength. This also improves the build quality and life of the lifts as rusting is impossible. A two-stop elevator would roughly weigh only 680 KG. This allows the elevator to be installed even on your balcony or on any existing flooring without any need of special concreting or reinforcements.

No Pit and Machine Room Required

Elevator pits are known as the Devil’s Basement, as it collects dust and houses Insects and termites. This is not an issue with Nibav Home Elevators as it does not require any pit. These elevators are Vaastu Compliant and ideal for existing homes. The machinery of the lift is embedded within itself and it does not require any Machine Room. There are 2 variants based on convenience of space.
